• User Conduct: You agree not to misuse our website, including attempting unauthorized access, distributing harmful content, or engaging in activities that disrupt our services.

• Descriptions: We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images. However, slight variations may occur, especially with handcrafted or natural items.

• Pricing: All prices are listed in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

• Availability: Product availability is subject to change. If an item is unavailable after an order is placed, we will notify you promptly.

3. Orders and Payments

• Order Acceptance: An order is considered accepted once dispatched. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to errors, stock issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

• Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and other secure payment gateways. Payment must be received in full before dispatch.

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within [2–5] business days. Delivery times may vary based on location and other factors.

• Delivery Charges: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on the delivery location and order size.

• Delays: We are not liable for delays caused by external factors but will communicate any significant delays promptly.

5. Returns and Refunds

• Change of Mind: Returns for change of mind are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused items in original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Faulty or Damaged Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days with relevant details and photos. We will offer a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

• Exclusions: Certain items may be non-returnable due to hygiene reasons or if specified as final sale.

6. Workshops and Classes

• Bookings: Class bookings are confirmed upon full payment. Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the class will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

• Rescheduling: If Wild Gardening cancels a class, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Wild Gardening and is protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wild Gardening shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
